Can we apply for an Australian partner visa based on a registered relationship (civil partnership) instead of being married? If we get a registered relationship certificate, can we apply now for a 461 while she's in Australia on a 3 month tourist visa?
Is a registered relationship enough in itself to apply for an Australian partner visa from Philippines? Or is it necessary to still prove that you are living in an established and committed de facto relationship with your Filipina lady?
