Can we apply for a de facto visa when we have spent time apart?
I'm in Australia apart from my Filipina de facto partner, but we communicate every day. Does this time count toward our de facto relationship for a partner visa application?
Do we need to be together all the time to apply successfully for an Australian partner visa? What if we need to be apart because I needed to go back to Australia?
