No more bare-bones partner visa applications

Australian partner visa applications from now on will need to be lodged decision-ready, and this will apply to other family visas as well. No more bare-bones or "naked" applications that are not complete. All Australian partner visa applications lodged in Australia need to be complete, without missing relationship evidence or documents required, or risk instant refusal.

Australian visa applications should be prepared by a Registered Migration Agent, because they will no longer provide RFI's (Requests For Information) when visa applications lack the essentials.
