Annulment or De Facto Relationship?

Need an annulment for your Filipina lady before you can marry her and bring her to Australia from Philippines on a partner visa application? If she's legally married, she needs an annulment before she may marry you. Is there alternative if you are in a committed de facto relationship?

Annulments in the Philippines are a long slow process, and can drag out for years in the Philippines legal system. If you are in an establish and genuine de facto relationship for 12 months or more, you may apply for an Australian partner visa on this basis. If you are not yet leading a shared-life and you have not established a household together, Down Under Visa can give you guidance with what you need to do so your de facto relationship will be accepted by the Department.

Thanks for watching this video on the Australian visa process.
